Delivery to BFPO addresses.
Good news! boohoo.com delivers to BFPO addresses!
For delivery to BFPO addresses, customers should ensure that the delivery country selected is United Kingdom and should not write any other address details after the BFPO number on the address, as this can lead to mail being diverted to the wrong BFPO location.
Customers should select the Next Day delivery option ONLY (please note the parcel will not arrive with the customer next day, but will arrive at the BFPO sorting office the next to be despatched from there accordingly).
Customers should address their parcels as follows:

Your Shopping Experience
- How do I find the right item for me?
Shopping at Boohoo.com is simple. You can use our search engine to find anything you want; simply type in the type of garment you are looking for, for example if you are looking for a new clutch bag, type “Clutch Bag” into the search engine and hit “Go”.
You can then scroll through all of our clutch bags, which will include sale and non sale items. If you want something more specific, such as “Black Skinny Jeans”, you can search for this too, which will narrow your search down, saving you time. You can find the search engine at the top right of our website.
Each of our garments are paired to other garments on our website which we believe will work well together. These are displayed on the right hand side of the item’s details page and you can click on them at any time.
- How do I know how to care for the item? Can I see details?
All of our products have detailed care information included, so you can be prepared to care for your item. You can find this underneath the main section of information for each product in the “Details and Care” section.
- I’ve added an item I don’t want! How do I delete it from my Basket?
Click on “Your Basket” on the right hand side at the top of the page, just above the search engine we showed you before. From here, you can delete an item by pressing the pink “X” on the right hand side, change the quantity of your product and check the subtotal for your transaction.If you wish to change the size that you have selected, Click on the name of the item in Your Basket, this will take you back to the product page where you can select the correct size. But don’t forget to delete the unwanted size from your basket!- I don’t know what clothes suit me! Can you help?
