Unfortunately we have been experiencing further Issues with delivery due to more bad weather across the country. Please see the table for the current affected areas.
Due to weather problems in the country, unfortunately we have experienced some disruption to a few areas over the country to delivery times. Most of the country remains unaffected at the moment, but if there are any more updates we will keep you posted. Please see below the areas that are currently affected:

In all other areas localised access issues are expected to impact on service however delivery attempts are being made in all areas.
Here at Boohoo.com we want you to have the best shopping experience possible, so we have put together a Step-By-Step Shopping guide to help everyone with those little queries.
Your Shopping Experience
Shopping at Boohoo.com is simple. You can use our search engine to find anything you want; simply type in the type of garment you are looking for, for example if you are looking for a new clutch bag, type “Clutch Bag” into the search engine and hit “Go”.
You can then scroll through all of our clutch bags, which will include sale and non sale items. If you want something more specific, such as “Black Skinny Jeans”, you can search for this too, which will narrow your search down, saving you time. You can find the search engine at the top right of our website.
Each of our garments are paired to other garments on our website which we believe will work well together. These are displayed on the right hand side of the item’s details page and you can click on them at any time.
All of our products have detailed care information included, so you can be prepared to care for your item. You can find this underneath the main section of information for each product in the “Details and Care” section.

Shipping Information
So now that you’ve found the perfect outfit - You want to buy it right?
But what shipping should you select? And will it reach you in time for that big night out?
Don’t Worry! We’ll explain everything for you now…
We provide different shipping methods to ensure that every one of our customers can receive their parcel when it suits them.
For UK Customers:
Unfortunately we do not deliver on Sundays.
For Republic of Ireland customers:
We have a special delivery service that takes 2 to 3 working days and costs £4.99. This in not guaranteed for delivery on Saturday.
For European customers:
Our delivery takes up to 5 to 10 working days and costs £6.99.
For International customers:
Unfortunately due to shipping costs we only allow International Orders of 6 items or less at this time.
If you live in the USA or Canada, United Arab Emirates, Australia and New Zealand or Turkey delivery can take up to 7 to 14 working days and also costs £6.99.

Yes. We accept a range of different credit and debit cards listed below:
If you have chosen to pay via PayPal, all you need to do is log into your account using your email address and password. You will then be asked to confirm the security code or issue number for the card that is associated with your PayPal account. And it’s really that simple!
Now that you’ve paid, you can sit back and relax, knowing your brand new Boohoo clothes are on their way to you!
So you’ve got your new clothes and at the first chance you’ve had you’ve tried them on. 3 or your 4 items fit beautifully, but unfortunately 1 doesn’t suit you. What can you do?
If you’re a registered user please Log into ‘My Account’ on boohoo.com and click ‘View Order History’.
Next Select the relevant order and click on the item(s) you wish to return with the return reason selected. Please ensure you select all the items that are to be returned before you select ‘Return Item’.
Then choose a return for reason and click on Add to Return List. Be sure to take note of your RMA number. Your return will be logged online.
The parcel must then be returned back to us via the Post Office counters.Repack the item in its original packaging with labels and tags still attached.
Please include your returns note inside the parcel and add your RMA number under ‘Returns Reference’.
Cover your address label with the boohoo.com address label found on the bottom right of your delivery note.
Return the package by using the Post Office counters and obtain proof of postage from the Post Office. Please do not post the package through the post box without obtaining a certificate of posting.
Keep your certificate of postage safe as your will need this as your proof of return.
If you did not register before placing your order don’t worry, you can still return your goods for us. Re-pack your items into the packaging you received them in and write your order number on the returns label. Make sure you stick this return label to parcel and send it back to us via the Post Office as described above.
For UK customers returns are free of charge and a free returns label is included with your parcel. However, please note that when you return an item we will withhold a £2.00 restocking fee per order returned.
For ROI customers returns are free for Irish customers too, you can use the free post label provided with your order and you should send your parcel to the following address:

There is no £2 restocking fee for Irish customers.
For International Customers, unfortunately we do not offer a free postage refund system, but when you do return your items to us, if you email us a scanned copy of your postage receipt to customerservices@boohoo.com along with your card details we will gladly reimburse you for any fees you have incurred returning them. You will not be charged a £2.00 restocking fee.
When logging you return, please make sure you select faulty as the reason for the return, then follow the same procedure that is outlined above. This will ensure that our warehouse knows to look out for the fault in your item and not put the item back into stock. You can email us at customerservices@boohoo.com to notify us of any faulty items, and if you wish we can re-order the item for you, free of postage charges.
